Job summary

Pattison Ag in Saskatchewan seeks a Parts Tech to join our fast-paced dealership in Preeceville, SK. You will be the first contact for customers, helping locate parts, processing orders and suggesting related items. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of ag parts and the ability to use parts software.

You must lift heavy parts and work flexible hours including weekends. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a Parts environment and a Red Seal in Parts is an asset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery is essential.
• Experience with parts software or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist locating parts.
• Process orders, receipts, and deliveries for customers.
• Suggest complementary items to support sales.
• Maintain inventory, tidying and stocking as needed.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers; participate in training.
