Job summary

Southern Industrial & Truck Ltd. is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers in Weyburn. You will identify parts, source and price requests, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will be on call after hours on a rotation and should be able to upsell products. Strong computer skills and excellent written communication are required; two plus years of parts or service technician experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years parts experience or service technician experience.
• Experience with heavy duty truck and trailer or diesel engine parts look-up is a definite benefit.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
• Sell parts to customers and build customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed.
• Source and price parts requests for customers, OEM or alternate vendors.
• On call after hours on a rotation basis.
