RGH Commercial Equipment Service in Ontario is seeking a Parts Support Specialist to maintain positive relationships with service technicians and manufacturers, create estimates, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting. In-person counter sales may be involved.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of customer service, the ability to learn ERP systems, and strong MS Office skills. Reading manufacturer manuals and identifying parts with confidentiality is essential.

In the role of Parts Support Specialist, the primary responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, service team and manufacturers for parts identification, creating estimates, and problem solving. The Parts Support Specialist must thrive in an extremely fast‑paced work environment with high deliverables and demonstrate the ability to think creatively and beyond traditional linear approaches when resolving complex issues. In‑person customer service for parts counter sales may also be involved. This is an active job opening for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.
