RGH Commercial Equipment Service in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Parts Support Specialist to help service technicians and customers by identifying parts, preparing estimates, and processing purchase orders. This role requires quick learning of ERP systems and accurate parts identification from online catalogs.
You will collaborate with manufacturers and the service team in a fast-paced environment, providing quotes, managing part inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.

In the role of Parts Support Specialist, the primary responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, service team and manufacturers for parts identification, creating estimates, and problem solving. The Parts Support Specialist must thrive in an extremely fast‑paced work environment with high deliverables and demonstrate the ability to think creatively and beyond traditional linear approaches when resolving complex issues. In‑person customer service for parts counter sales may also be involved. This is an active job opening for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.
