Job summary

E.H. Price Solutions, based in Cambridge, ON, is hiring for a parts and customer service role supporting our growth in the HVAC parts business.

You will answer calls, prepare quotes, enter orders, and help with invoices while maintaining ERP records and facilitating stock replenishment. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in business/mechanical/technical studies, 1–3 years in parts or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Mechanical, or Technical studies required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or customer service role (HVAC or mechanical industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, responding to emails to assist customers with spare parts inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, Order entry, Purchase orders and Invoices and assist with monthly reports.
• Parts selection following customers' requests.
• Meet Sales and Spare parts targets.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Keep ERP records up to date (customers, contact information etc.).
• Maintains knowledge of products and services.
• Coordinate logistics for importation of parts and stock orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering phone calls, responding to emails to assist customers with spare parts inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, Order entry, Purchase orders and Invoices and assist with monthly reports.
• Parts selection following customers' requests.
• Meet Sales and Spare parts targets.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Keep ERP records up to date (customers, contact information etc.).
• Keeping current on new products and upgrading equipment, retrofits, and parts knowledge
• Learn our ERP system.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services.
• Communicate regularly with head office and accounting to track customer billing.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Resolve and manage discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate the logistics of importation of parts and stock orders.
• Additional responsibilities may be given from time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Post‑secondary education in Business, Mechanical, or Technical studies required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or customer service role (HVAC or mechanical industry experience preferred).
• Customer‑focused, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in a sometimes fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other computer software . Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP) is an asset.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs within a Warehouse environment.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Full time (weekdays)
• 37.5 hours per week
• Flexible schedule between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
