Job summary

Centennial Auto Group is hiring a Parts Supervisor for Centennial Mazda in Charlottetown, PEI. This full-time role oversees the daily Parts Department, ensures accurate processes, and coordinates ordering, receiving, invoicing, and returns of parts.

You will work with service advisors and technicians to ensure part availability, minimize downtime, and build strong supplier relationships. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detailed, and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, process-driven

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive DMS systems is considered a strong asset (PBS preferred).
• Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Proven ability to work in and improve a process-driven environment.
• Knowledge of parts inventory systems and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Parts Department operations and ensure efficient, accurate processes.
• Manage inventory levels, counts, and stock movement to maintain accuracy while minimizing shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, invoicing, and return of parts.
• Develop and improve inventory and department processes.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer partners.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the parts team while promoting a positive and organized work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer service.

LOCATION : Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

WAGES: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour + benefits - Negotiable based on experience.
