Job summary

Centennial Carstar Bridgewater is hiring a Collision Damage Appraiser to guide the repair process from initial assessment to final delivery. You will prepare detailed estimates, work with insurance partners, and coordinate with the production team to keep repairs moving smoothly.

You should be organized, patient, and able to explain repair steps clearly to customers. Training will be provided; prior appraisal experience is helpful but not required.

Centennial Carstar Bridgewater is looking for a collaborative and motivated individual to join our team as Collision Damage Appraiser!

HOURS: Full time, Permanent. Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

WAGES: $40,000 - $60,000 salary per year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

ROLE IDENTITY

As a Collision Damage Appraiser, you'll play a key role in guiding a vehicle from initial damage assessment through the repair process. You'll help customers understand what needs to be repaired, prepare accurate estimates, work with insurance partners, and collaborate with the production team to keep repairs moving smoothly.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
