Job summary

Centennial Carstar Dartmouth is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping make every interaction smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with wage of $18.00–$23.00 per hour plus benefits. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude and good computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Centennial Carstar Dartmouth, greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional care.
• Schedule appointments
• Manage incoming inquiries and phone calls with efficiency and a helpful attitude
• Managing rental reservations, vehicle pick-ups, returns, and payment processing
• Explaining rental options, policies, and vehicle features
• Act as a key liaison between customers and insurance companies to provide timely repair updates
• Shuttle customers, and run errands as required.
• Support the shop team by managing administrative tasks, invoices, and sublet coordination
• Proactively solve problems to ensure a stress-free experience for every visitor
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized reception environment
