Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Person for our Hearst Construction & Forestry location to assist customers in locating required parts, provide pricing, and complete online parts orders. The role involves unloading, receiving, and storing parts, locating items, and supporting service technicians.

Ideal candidates have previous parts industry experience and a solid warehousing foundation. Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
• Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving
• Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard
• Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
• Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required
• Place inventory stock orders
• Make inventory and bin adjustments
• Accurately and completely document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
• Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
