Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Thunder Bay is seeking a Parts Person for our Construction & Forestry location. You will assist customers in finding the right parts, provide pricing information, and process online orders to keep our parts business moving.

You will help unload and inventory parts, locate items, ship to customers and branches, and support service technicians and warehouse operations under the direction of the Parts Manager. Commitment to accuracy and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general parts and warehouse procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• HD Journeyman Partsperson ticket preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in finding parts and provide pricing info.
• Process online parts orders.
• Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials.
• Locate parts and ship to customers and other branches.
• Support warehouse operations and service technicians as required.
• Place inventory stock orders.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, and inventory data.
• Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems.
