Job summary

Cooper Equipment Rentals is seeking a customer-focused team member in Toronto, ON to coordinate parts ordering, inventory, and service scheduling to keep technicians and branches stocked for timely repairs. You will dispatch field technicians, manage work orders, and communicate timelines to customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or retail within the construction equipment rental sector, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or retail; construction equipment rental experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and service procedures is a plus.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, transfer, and delivery of parts.
• Dispatch field technicians to service calls.
• Open, update, and close work orders with accurate documentation.
• Schedule and track equipment service and maintenance.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory records and support accounts payable.
