Job summary

Wesgroup Equipment is seeking a parts leader to drive revenue growth, optimize inventory management, and strengthen pricing and margin control across our Western Canada branch network. You will transform our corporate parts strategy into consistent execution and measurable results.

You will own the inventory performance, negotiate with OEM and non-OEM suppliers, and build stronger supplier relationships to improve pricing, availability, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Grow parts revenue across the branch network
• Own inventory performance and stock ordering processes
• Protect and improve gross margins via procurement costs, pricing and promotions
• Strengthen supplier relationships with OEM and non-OEM partners
• Turn data into actionable priorities using performance and market trends
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Parts teams, Marketing, Pricing, Sales Management, and Vendor Management
