Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Parts Manager for our Mont-Laurier Construction and Forestry location. You will oversee the parts inventory system, optimize processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction while driving profitable parts sales and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires leadership of the Parts Department staff and collaboration with Operations, Service and Sales to deliver seamless parts support across departments at a growing Canadian company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ combined experience in parts, warehouse management, and business.
• Proven ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and vendors with a focus on quality service.
• Manage parts inventory to ensure accurate tracking, ordering, and stocking of parts.
• Optimize Parts Department processes to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute annual parts sales plans and budgets with cross-branch support.
• Monitor department expenses, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service and Sales to maximize cross-marketing opportunities.
