Qualifications

• 5+ years in parts, warehouse, and business roles.
• Experience leading a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Manage parts inventory system for accurate tracking and stocking.
• Optimize department processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop annual parts sales plans and budgets and support other Brandt branches.
• Monitor department expenses and drive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations, Service and Sales for seamless parts support.
• Oversee staff scheduling and supervise department employees.
