Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking a reliable Night Shift Parts Picker in Norwich, Ontario. This role requires forklift certification and involves picking, moving, and loading agricultural parts in a busy manufacturing warehouse.

Qualificações

• Valid forklift certification is mandatory.
• Previous parts picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete simple documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with the assistance of a lifting device.
• Comfortable with bending, crouching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and prepare agricultural parts and materials according to orders and production requirements.
• Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Verify parts and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate forklifts safely to transport and organize materials.
• Deliver materials to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.
• Report missing items, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other shifts.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and Health & Safety policies.

Position: Night Shift Parts Picker (Must Be Forklift Certified)

Shift: Nights
Pay Rate: $22.25/hr, paid weekly via direct deposit

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Parts Picker to join a busy manufacturing environment in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, handling, and moving agricultural parts and materials to support daily production and warehouse operations. A valid forklift certification is required for this position.
