Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Person for our Hanna Agriculture location in Alberta, Canada. The role focuses on helping customers find parts, providing pricing information, and processing online orders while supporting warehouse operations and inventory management.

You will work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and stock reporting, and to maintain strong customer relationships across branches.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
• Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
• Effective customer service skills and ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solving as part of daily duties.
• Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Locate parts and materials, and ship to customers and other branches.
• Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required.
• Place inventory stock orders.
• Make inventory and bin adjustments.
• Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information.
• Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Hanna Agriculture location. The Parts Person is responsible for aiding customers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. This position involves parts inventory duties that support warehouse operations and strengthen our Parts Business. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.
