Job summary

Bosch Truck Group Inc. is seeking a friendly Parts Salesperson to support customers at the front counter and over the phone in Airdrie, Alberta. You will help customers find the right parts quickly and accurately while supporting parts sales and building long-term relationships.

This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, so you’ll need to greet, assist, and quote parts using dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous parts, automotive, truck, or retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail with accurate cash handling and invoicing.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front counter and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with parts inquiries.
• Look up, quote, and sell parts accurately using dealership systems.
• Recommend related or complementary parts when appropriate.
• Create and process customer orders, invoices, and returns.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping/receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly.
• Resolve basic parts issues and elevate non-standard concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and customer area.
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Parts Salesperson to support customers at the front counter and over the phone. This role focuses on helping customers find the right parts quickly, accurately, and professionally while supporting parts sales and building long‑term customer relationships.
