Bosch Truck Group Inc. in Red Deer is seeking a reliable Parts Order Picker to locate, pick, stage, and prepare parts for technicians, customers, and transfers.

You will help keep inventory organized and support fast, accurate deliveries while staying active and detail‑oriented throughout the day. The role requires a high school diploma and familiarity with warehouse operations; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Pick customer, technician, and transfer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details before distribution.
• Stage and organize orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage practices.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle count activities.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to the Parts Department.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as required.
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse and parts department duties as assigned.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Order Picker to support our parts warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately locating, picking, staging, and preparing parts orders for technicians, customers, and branch transfers.

You will play an important role in ensuring parts are delivered quickly and accurately while helping maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency. • Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership inventory systems
• Forklift certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude, dependability, and strong teamwork skills
