Job summary

Finning Canada in Red Deer is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead a team of parts technicians and drive performance across multiple product lines. You will optimize parts availability, improve customer service, and build strong stakeholder relationships with Caterpillar and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills, with a focus on inventory optimization, KPI attainment, and coaching staff for growth.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience of 2+ years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lawson M3 is a plus.
• Understanding of labor relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Red Deer parts team to meet KPIs and drive performance.
• Monitor parts customer service levels and empower the team to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Caterpillar, Finning units, vendors, and branches on supply chain objectives.
• Oversee inventory, reduce expediting costs and downtime through planning.
