Job summary

Palladino Auto Group is seeking a Parts Manager in Sudbury to lead the Parts Department, analyze performance data, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive team coaching.

The role focuses on cost control, promotions of incentives and marketing plans, and building strong relationships with customers and brand representatives. On-site position with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Automotive Studies or relevant studies.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ideally two (2) years minimum as a Parts Manager; Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Parts Department and analyze reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and coach teams in service.
• Lead with strong leadership to achieve individual and collective goals.

The Palladino Auto Group is hiring a Parts Manager in Sudbury!

What is it?

A Parts Manager is responsible for, butnot limited to, managing, and building the team, maintaining the focus andattainment of the operations results, forecasting, and preparing financialreports. Effectively they are catalysts to communication within their teams,the dealership and group, while serving as the main contact with brand/factoryrepresentatives. They are also responsible for the control of costs within thefixed operation departments, promotion of and development of incentives andmarketing plans, and departmental logistics.

A Parts Manager joining our teamwill oversee all aspects of the Parts Department; analyzing reports,ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are met, and coaching the teams inService to maintain a first-class customer experience. Your crucial leadershipqualities assist in achieving individual and collective goals. The overallobjective is that of setting and maintaining a high service standard forcustomers, and further enhancing the relationship with the customer.

Service teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday toFriday with the possibility for an evening or late shift as business requires.
