Job summary

Steele Auto Group, based in Atlantic Canada, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a dynamic Parts Department. This role focuses on driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across technicians, advisors, and customers alike.

You will oversee inventory, build strong supplier relationships, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve profitable growth while upholding dealership standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team.
• Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• People-first mindset with the ability to build relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
