Davis Ford Pincher Creek LTD in Pincher Creek, AB, is seeking a Parts Manager to lead and shape our growing team. The successful candidate will drive operations, mentor staff and optimize inventory while focusing on customer satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years progressive automotive parts experience; Ford experience preferred.
• Strong leadership ability and teambuilding skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Red seal parts certification is preferred.

What You’ll Do as a Parts Manager:

• Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department while driving performance and accountability
• Train, coach and mentor employees on industry best practices and provide advice and guidance to improve performance
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors; ensuring our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals
• Optimize inventory levels, parts programs, returns and purchasing strategies
• Analyze sales, expenses and inventory to maintain profit goals
• Work with technicians, retail and wholesale customers to determine, select and locate correct parts for their requirements
• Order parts and provide information such as function, price, application and warranty to customers
• Solicit new retail and wholesale customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with the Service and Sales Department to ensure accurate and timely turn‑around of parts and accessories
• Performs other tasks and duties as required

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of progressive automotive parts experience, with preference given to those with prior Ford parts experience
• Strong leadership ability and teambuilding skills to effectively motivate, inspire and manage employees
• Strong analytical and decision making skills with a continuous improvement pedigree
• Results driven with exceptional planning, organization and execution skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Red seal parts certification is strongly preferred
