Straightline Kia Medicine Hat is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Team and drive exceptional customer service and department performance in Medicine Hat, Alberta. The role focuses on inventory control, budgeting, and staff development to meet business goals.
You will work closely with warranty clerks, manage pricing and stock, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high standards of operations and regulatory compliance across the dealership.
Full-Time, Permanent Medicine Hat, Alberta $60,000 – $85,000 per year
Run the parts department at one of southeast Alberta's fastest-growing Kia stores.
We have been part of the Straightline family since 2019 and have grown into one of the most active dealerships in Medicine Hat and one of Alberta's largest pre‑owned vehicle operations. We operate out of a modern, purpose‑built facility on Paul Stober Drive SE, and we were Canada's first small‑city Kia EV dealership — which means our parts and service departments are working on the newest technology Kia builds, not just the back catalogue.
The way we sell is the way we operate internally: straight up, transparent, and without games. We leave the window stickers on. We show our pricing. We expect the same honesty from our managers, and we give them the room to run their departments accordingly. Straightline Kia Medicine Hat is an AMVIC‑licensed business.
The Parts Manager is the leader of the Parts Team and their primary objective is to motivate, encourage, and inspire their team and parts department. The Parts Manager is responsible for deeply understanding costumer needs and should be able to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers, both internal and external.
$60,000 – $85,000 base salary, set on experience and what you bring to the counter. The top of the range is real and reserved for a proven franchise parts manager.
Performance bonus tied to department gross profit and inventory health — you share directly in what you build.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family.
Manufacturer‑paid Kia training plus ongoing development in inventory management and dealership financial performance.
Employee pricing on vehicle purchases, parts, accessories, and service — for you and your immediate family.
Real hours. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Closed Sundays and statutory holidays.
Room to grow. Straightline operates six locations across Alberta and B.C. Fixed operations leadership here has a path forward, not a ceiling.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Medicine Hat offers big‑city career opportunity with a cost of living that lets your salary go considerably further.

We consider all applicants regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, and Indigenous status.
