Job summary

Brandt is seeking a customer-focused team player to handle outbound sales calls, generate parts orders, and support the branch network. The role requires accurate order processing, attentive listening, and proactive communication with customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with vendors, verify inventory and shipping timelines, and assist field staff to resolve product and parts-related issues. A 24/7 service center environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills focused on satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; French considered an asset.
• Skilled multitasker able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to generate parts orders and support branch network sales goals.
• Respond promptly to parts pricing inquiries via phone, email, and text to provide accurate and timely information.
• Engage actively with customers through attentive listening to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately process parts orders ensuring customer requests are fulfilled quickly and without error.
• Confirm inventory availability and shipping timelines to manage customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to offer customers various parts options, ensuring requests are met efficiently.
• Provide parts support to field staff by collaborating effectively to resolve product and parts-related issues.
• Navigate multiple web applications and systems simultaneously to deliver seamless customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
