Job summary

ReadyQuip Sales and Service Ltd. is seeking a Parts CSR to join our team in a busy parts counter role.

The successful candidate will manage daily parts operations, process orders by phone, email, and in person, and maintain accurate parts inventory. Ideal applicants will have post-secondary education and 3+ years in a parts counter or inside sales role, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and 3+ years experience on a parts counter or inside sales role.
• Technical/mechanical aptitude and/or background in heavy equipment / truck equipment.
• Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the parts operations: procuring, ordering, backorders, core processing, pickups and drop-offs of parts to internal and external customers.
• Process all orders including: phone, email, over counter.
• Ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Maintain inventory and assemble hydraulic hoses to standards.
• Process all core returns and warranty parts.
• Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency parts orders and other required functions.

Parts CSR – Customer Service Representative

Weat ReadyQuip are currently looking to grow our team and expand ourorganization. In doing so, a Parts CSR is a key component to ourgrowth. We are searching for a dedicated, and self-motivated individual thatcan help bring ReadyQuip to the next level.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the daily functions ofthe parts operations: including procuring, ordering, backorders, coreprocessing, pickups and drop-offs of parts to internal and external customers
• Process all orders including:phone, email, over counter
• Ensure customers’ needs are metin an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner
• Maintain the parts physical andelectronic inventory and assemble hydraulic hoses to the standards
• Process all core returns andwarranty parts
• Provide on call service onweekends for emergency parts orders and all other required functions of theparts
• operations as necessary
• Participate in safe work andenvironmentally sound behaviors and comply with company health and safety rules, policies andpractices

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary education and 3+years experience on a parts counter or inside sales role
• Technical/mechanical aptitudeand/or background in heavy equipment / truck equipment

• Exceptional communication andorganizational skills
