Fuze HR Solutions in Langley, BC, is hiring a Parts Coordinator to join a busy, service-oriented team. You’ll run the parts order desk, help customers find the right part, and support quotes and pricing discussions.

With 1–3 years in parts, service or technical support in heavy equipment or manufacturing, you’ll bring a technical mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative team approach. Forklift experience is a plus.

• Strong technical mindset and attention to detail.
• Solid MS Office and ERP skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run the parts order desk and be the go-to person for customers.
• Research and select parts from bills of material and serial numbers.
• Prepare quotes and verify pricing, showing OEM parts beat aftermarket.
• Source hard-to-find parts outside the standard product line.
• Keep inventory healthy and shipments moving.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and management to keep customers happy.

What are the Responsibilities?

• Running the parts order desk, where you'll be the go-to person for customers who need the right part, right now
• Researching and selecting parts from bills of material, serial numbers and whatever else customers send your way
• Preparing quotes, verifying pricing and showing customers why OEM parts beat after-market
• Sourcing hard-to-find parts outside the standard product line
• Keeping inventory healthy, orders moving and shipments out the door on time
• Working with the sales team, service department and your manager to keep customers happy

What are the Requirements?

• 1-3 years of parts, service or technical support experience in heavy equipment, industrial, tooling, truck & transport or manufacturing
• A strong technical mindset and attention to detail
• Solid MS Office and ERP skills
• Great communication skills, plus the confidence to work independently
• Comfort in a warehouse environment (forklift training is a bonus) & handling Shipping/Receiving duties
• A team-player attitude
