Birchwood Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Consultant in Winnipeg to maintain parts inventory, assist technicians, and ensure accurate invoicing. A detail-oriented, customer-focused professional will thrive in our team-driven environment.

You will track stock levels, locate parts for service, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support customers with efficient parts service. A valid driver's license is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

Parts Consultant

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Shift Details

Tuesdays-Fridays 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Saturdays 9:00AM - 4:00PM

Job Summary

The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The parts consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, as well as work to meet customer's needs. This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• ADP or CDK experience is preferred
• Tire selling and after-market performance parts knowledge an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work required
