Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon is seeking a motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Parts Advisor. This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and involvement in premium automotive operations.

You will learn parts catalog systems, support technicians, and help manage daily stocking and warehouse tasks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts and shipments.
  • Preparing and processing outgoing orders, including packaging and shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized parts department and warehouse.
  • Assisting technicians and senior parts advisors in locating and supplying parts.
  • Learning parts catalog systems and inventory management processes.
  • Stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Supporting front counter and phone inquiries as training progresses.
  • Building product knowledge across Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
  • Following dealership procedures for documentation, returns, and warranty parts.

Job description

Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon is looking for a motivated, career-driven individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career within a premium automotive environment, with room to grow into a fully developed Parts Advisor role.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Parts Department, you'll support daily operations while learning the foundations of parts advising. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts and shipments
  • Preparing and processing outgoing orders, including packaging and shipping
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized parts department and warehouse
  • Assisting technicians and senior parts advisors in locating and supplying parts

  • Building product knowledge across Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
