Job summary

Jobtailor in Burnaby is seeking an Automotive Parts Coordinator with a background in collision repair and parts sourcing. You will identify parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors, estimators, technicians and internal teams.

The role requires thorough knowledge of CDK Drive and Toyota OEM parts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support ongoing parts sourcing and ensure accuracy across departments.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in an Automotive Parts environment.
  • Previous experience with Toyota parts or in a body shop environment is an asset.
  • Automotive proficiency with a high level of understanding of vehicle components, specifically related to auto body repair.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail when identifying collision repair parts, including trim-specific components, clips, fasteners, and one-time-use items.
  • Ability to read and interpret collision repair estimates, parts lists, and repair documentation is an asset.
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors, estimators, technicians, and internal departments to follow up on parts status, availability, and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of CDK Drive, iMEX, Mitchell Connect, CollisionLink, PartsBridge, Toyota OEM parts catalogues, and aftermarket supplier websites is an asset
  • Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
