Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Edmonton team. If you enjoy helping customers and staying active, this is a great place to build a long-term career in a stable and growing industry.

You’ll help customers and technicians find and purchase the right parts, manage orders, and maintain inventory using our systems. This role requires a hands-on, fast-paced approach and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, automotive, RV, or warehouse work is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in parts/equipment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and stay active throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and technicians find and purchase the right parts
• Source, price, and process parts orders accurately
• Use inventory systems and manuals to identify parts
• Follow up on orders and keep customers informed
• Pick and deliver parts to support shop efficiency
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Handle shipping, returns, basic warehouse duties
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe
