Job summary

Dodge City Auto in Canada is seeking a Wholesale Parts Advisor to grow parts sales with independent repair shops, dealerships, and body shops. You will provide accurate parts information, pricing, and timely delivery to maximize client loyalty.

Key duties include calling existing customers, acquiring new ones, supporting parts department growth, and processing wholesale orders through Collision Link. Must have automotive parts experience, CDK is a plus, and a valid Class 5 license.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts in a dealership environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to make cold calls to gain customers.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Have a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record (drivers abstract required).
• Previous automotive knowledge is considered a definite asset; CDK knowledge is a plus.

Your area of focus.

A Wholesale Parts Advisor is primarily responsible for working with and growing the volume of parts sales to independent repair shops, dealerships, and body shops within a defined territory. This role demands exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, ensuring clients receive accurate parts information, competitive pricing, and timely delivery to maximize their business efficiency and loyalty.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 Salary — Plus bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
