Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Obtain purchase orders and provide estimates.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Accurately charge parts to RO.
• Update RO with parts ETA.
• Notify Service when parts arrive.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Engage in 5S initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers via drop-ins or phone.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Obtain purchase orders, provide estimates and seek/provide parts ETA.
• Sale cash transactions.
• Charge parts to RO accurately and with complete information.
• Update RO with accurate parts ETA.
• Alert Service when parts arrive.
• Maintain records of orders and the amount, type and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system.
• Seek alternate sources for out-of-stock items.
• Inventory management.
• Participate in annual or cyclical inventory counts.
• Contribute and participate in all 5S initiatives.
