Comox Valley Toyota in the Comox Valley is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to ensure the right part is found and quoted the first time. You will split time between counter, phone, and back-end tasks, supporting technicians with accurate part identification using VIN data and Snap-on EPC.

The role requires knowledge of automotive parts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented procedures. Valid driver's license and solid computer skills are essential.

Comox Valley Toyota is hiring an experienced Parts Advisor in the Comox Valley. We're the busiest dealership in town, our parts gross profit has doubled in the last five years, and our Senior Parts Advisor has been with us for almost five. We need someone who knows parts, wants to get the right part the first time, and is comfortable working from clear processes.

What You’ll Do

Your day is roughly half counter and phone work and half back-end work.

• Identify and quote the correct part using VIN data and Snap-on EPC for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.

What You Get

• Hourly pay from $25/hr and up, based on experience.
• Yearly earnings from $60,000 - $100,000.
• A monthly gross profit bonus paid to every parts advisor, calculated on total parts department gross profit after chargebacks and deductions. Each rate applies only to the portion of gross profit within its tier:
  • First $75,000: 1%
  • $75,001 to $100,000: 2%
  • Above $100,000: 3%

Hours

The store is open Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
