The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic relationships with key partners, identify new business opportunities, and expand our partner ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in helping Borderless AI scale by leveraging partnerships to deliver exceptional value to our clients globally.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand Borderless AI’s market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities, including integrations, co‑marketing, and joint solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value and long‑term success.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute partnership initiatives.
• Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
• Represent Borderless AI externally, promoting our solutions and thought leadership at partner events and meetings.
• Support negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Great candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships in HR‑tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of driving business growth through partnerships or alliances.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Analytical mindset, capable of measuring partnership impact and using insights to optimize results.
• A client‑first mentality, committed to delivering value and impact through partner initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or HRIS solutions is a plus.
