Job summary

FIL Delivery Inc. is a rapidly growing beverage supply chain company serving Southern Ontario. This role manages a book of 60 to 100 core accounts, coordinating onboarding, service updates, rate changes, and portal adoption to keep operations running smoothly at scale.

You will lead annual rate reviews, identify at‑risk accounts through service data, promote accounts to higher tiers when appropriate, and maintain fast, professional communication across a large portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or inside sales.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multi‑tasking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English required; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 60 to 100 core accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding sequences, service updates, rate changes, and portal adoption.
• Lead the annual rate review process for the book.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early to support retention.
• Spot accounts that outgrow the core tier and recommend promotion.
