The Partner Manager will work with Affirm's most strategic third-party partners to expand the distribution of Affirm's services to merchants and end users, with the ultimate goal of driving GMV and revenue growth. This high-profile, partner-facing role requires outstanding relationship management and strategic planning skills to influence stakeholders and create strategic opportunities. As the primary contact for Affirm partners, this role is responsible for spearheading business growth through initiatives that expand Affirm's reach and mutual value.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage one of Affirm’s major platform distribution partners, leading strategic initiatives for business expansion and growth.
  2. Drive the partnership’s expansion into new markets, verticals, and product lines.
  3. Create and implement a partner management strategy to increase GMV, revenue, and users, while broadening Affirm's relationship coverage.
  4. Assess partner performance and develop strategies to boost product adoption, visibility, and growth.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk to execute initiatives.
  6. Ensure operational excellence, identify areas for process improvement, and optimize partnership programs.
What We Look For
  • 6+ years of B2B client/partner-facing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, or consumer financing is preferred.
  • Background in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise client management.
  • Strong relationship management skills for strategic accounts.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and communicate business performance.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and execute complex commercial contracts.
  • Ability to document partnership processes, programs, and KPIs.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to project success.
Additional Details

Base Pay Grade: K

Equity Grade: 5

Affirm offers a transparent pay structure based on location, experience, and skills, with total compensation including base salary, stipends, benefits, and equity rewards.

Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE): $163,500 - $238,500/year.

Affirm is a remote-first company, with most roles remote and some requiring occasional office work.
