We are looking for a Director, Product Management to focus on a segment of our EverPro self-serve SaaS products (including the Joist & Invoice Simple products), driving growth,usage and customer satisfaction across multiple products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers, while also delivering business objectives. Serving over 240,000 businesses, EverPro is a portfolio of software solutions for Field Service & Home Improvement professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a comprehensive product vision and strategy across your self-serve SaaS products, aligning with company goals and objectives.

  • Product Roadmapping: Create and maintain a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features, capabilities, and timelines for each product, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

  • Cross-Product Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Success) to ensure seamless integration of products and services, driving a cohesive customer experience.

  • Product Development and Launch: Oversee the development and launch of new features and products, ensuring they meet quality, usability, and performance standards.

  • Customer Insights and Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market gaps, trends, and emerging technologies that can inform product development and strategy.

  • Product Metrics and Analytics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for each product, providing data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.

  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization, ensuring a smooth transition from one product iteration to another.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on self-serve SaaS products.

  • 5+ years of experience managing a product team.

  • Proven track record of driving meaningful product growth and customer satisfaction through data-informed decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) business models and product-led growth

  • Strong understanding of the needs of SMB customers, ideally in the home services industry.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product roadmapping tools

  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of machine learning and other AI concepts, with applications in SaaS products.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $225,000 to $250,000 CAD per year with a 25% bonus in most CAN locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
