Responsibilities

• Lead complex financing transactions, both domestic and international.
• Structure and negotiate syndicated financings, acquisition financings, asset-based financings and structured financings.
• Advise financial institutions, funds and major corporations on sophisticated credit operations.
• Oversee the drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, security packages and transaction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Maintain and develop an existing client base and actively contribute to business development.
• Mentor and develop lawyers within the team.

The Role

As a Partner in Banking & Finance, you will play a key role in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex credit transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers. You will be involved in major matters including syndicated financings, acquisition financings, structured financings and cross-border transactions

The role also includes a significant strategic dimension, including client development, practice positioning and contribution to the firm’s global initiatives
