Job summary

Lépine Talent inc. is assisting a leading international law firm in Montreal to hire a senior lawyer with 8+ years of Banking Law experience.

You will represent financial institutions, investment funds, private lenders, and major corporations in Canada and internationally. The ideal candidate will structure and negotiate sophisticated financing transactions and provide guidance on syndicated, acquisition, and structured financings while collaborating with the Corporate and Tax teams.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking and Finance Law.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong experience with complex transactions.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
