Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions and as a partner in a renowned law firm.
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities.
• An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Member of the Quebec Bar.

Responsabilités

• Developing and serving an existing client base.
• Advise clients on complex real estate transactions.
• Accompany clients in real estate transactions.
• Act as an advisor in real estate financing transactions.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements.
• Negotiate and set up sales and purchase contracts, development agreements, commercial leases and real estate financing.
• Advising businesses on both a local and international scale.
