Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Participant Marketing Coordinator to support clinical trial recruitment through coordinated marketing activities. You will develop newsletters, manage social media, and oversee advertising materials for multiple sites while ensuring compliance with GCP and SOPs.

You will collaborate with vendors, manage translations, and track referrals, budgets, and KPIs to optimize participant recruitment efforts across Quebec and Canada. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma completed.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite.
• Community management proficiency.
• Experience with Social media paid ads and Marketing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-directed, motivated and proactive.
• Customer service focused in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute newsletters to participants according to the brand guide.
• Prepare, schedule, plan and optimize social media calendar and paid ads.
• Coordinate with graphic designer for marketing materials for participant advertising.
• Prepare geofence campaigns and study-specific advertising plans.
• Track pass-through budgets and billing to sponsors.
• Respond to comments, messages and complaints from participants.
• Produce marketing taglines to attract participants to studies.
• Prepare and submit IRB packages for advertising material across sites.
• Manage translation vendors and review translation work.
• Submit, track and follow up on referrals, PO requests and invoices.
• Provide visuals to media suppliers and maintain quality service.
• Maintain confidentiality of participants and sponsors.
• Research new media suppliers and showrooms.
• Prepare KPI and metrics for participant recruitment.
• Update participant target lists for newsletters and pages.
• Assist with website maintenance and landing pages, improving onsite SEO.
• Ensure brand guide compliance in all advertising materials.
• Assist with internal and external meetings and issue resolutions.
• Attend community and networking events and other duties as needed.
