Altasciences in Montreal is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to oversee safety and consent of trial participants, ensure compliance with study protocol, GCP, and SOPs. You will monitor adverse events, manage IP administration, and maintain safety equipment throughout study conduct.

The role requires RN education, OIIQ licensure, and fluency in French and English, with strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DEC from accredited RN program.
• OIIQ license/permit required.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Customer service focused.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Personal integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Relevant industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled inspection of emergency crash carts and maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure confidentiality of participants and sponsors.
• Conduct clinical trial activities including safety monitoring, safety assessments, IP administration and catheter installation.
• Monitor, document and follow up on adverse events.
• Maintain high level of patient care, quality, and safety.
• May assist in study-related consenting with participant screenings.
• Provide feedback to team members on study progress.
• Proactively communicate issues and resolutions to supervisors and managers.
• May train employees on clinical trial activities.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
