Job summary

Altasciences in Montreal, QC is seeking a Clinical Research Technician to support clinical trial activities with clinic teams. You will perform protocol-driven tasks in compliance with GCP and SOPs, and participate in day-to-day study execution.

The role requires a High School Diploma or health-related credential and fluency in both French and English. You should be customer-service minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or health-related diploma is required.
• Excellent bilingual French-English communication.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality of trial participants and sponsors.
• Follow protocol-driven timed events and SOPs.
• Report deviations to supervision and management.
• Prepare and clean work stations for sample handling and processing.
• Maintain high level of customer service, quality and safety.
• Conduct clinical trial activities with proper documentation and interaction.
