Browns Shoes in Vancouver is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Team. You will merchandise products, verify layouts, and replenish displays to keep our presentations fresh and engaging, aligning with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean visuals, organizing supplies, and featuring bestsellers for increased visibility. Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM is required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a part-time Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Team!

THE ROLE

• Merchandising products in alignment with brand visual guidelines and seasonal directives.


• Conducting grid verifications to ensure floor fixtures and layouts adhere to visual standards.


• Replenishing displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.


• Organizing and re-boxing outdated stock to maintain a streamlined and efficient inventory.


• Maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.


• Overseeing the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.


• Strategically featuring bestsellers on sale racks to maximize visibility and boost sales.


• Assist store openings setups by preparing visual elements for an impactful and brand-aligned launches.


• Use a personal smartphone to access work-related applications, communication tools, and other digital resources required to perform your daily responsibilities.

• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks


• Strong communicator to ensure strong relationships with the visual team and store teams


• Comfortable in performing physical tasks such as lifting, reboxing shoes, adjusting visual displays, and working on their feet throughout the day


• Availability to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
