Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude; 1+ year cashier experience preferred.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service in-store and online.
• Creative mindset for eye-catching displays reflecting the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit, and debit.
• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
• Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges, and ensure all transactions are documented.
• Educate customers on our sales and promotions.
• Maintain checkout area, keeping it organized and welcoming.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Merchandise products to preserve visual standards and weekly directives.
• Replenish displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that engage shoppers.

THE ROLE

Cashier

• Provide exceptionalcustomer serviceby addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

• Merchandise products in floor fixtures and on walls to adhere to visual standards and weekly directives.
• Replenish displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
• Oversee the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.
