Browns Shoes is seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Team and help create exceptional in-store experiences across our Canadian stores.

You will craft eye-catching displays, ensure adherence to brand standards, and coordinate grid layouts with store teams to maximize product appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience with visual merchandising and floor plan layouts.
• Able to lift and move stock and displays.
• Comfortable with early morning shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency with visual standard across all departments
• Creative at creating eye-catching displays that reflect the brand and regularly introduce new ideas.
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks
• Strong communicator to ensure strong relationships with the visual team and store teams
• Comfortable in performing physical tasks such as lifting, reboxing shoes, adjusting visual displays, and working on their feet throughout the day
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel between store locations.

• Maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
• Overseeing the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.
• Strategically featuring bestsellers on sale racks to maximize visibility and boost sales.
• Assist store openings setups by preparing visual elements for an impactful and brand-aligned launches.
• Use a personal smartphone to access work-related applications, communication tools, and other digital resources required to perform your daily responsibilities.
