Job summary

Browns Shoes, a proudly Canadian fashion leader, is seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser to join our visual team. You will craft compelling displays that reflect the Browns Shoes brand across multiple store locations and seasons.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork with store staff. You will work early morning shifts, travel between stores using your own vehicle, and enjoy employee discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail ensuring brand visuals are consistent.
• Creative in developing eye-catching displays aligned with brand.
• Highly organized to manage multiple displays and tasks.
• Excellent communication with store teams and visual team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and reboxing stock.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle for travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Creative at creating eye-catching displays that reflect the brand and regularly introduce new ideas.

• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks

• Strong communicator to ensure strong relationships with the visual team and store teams

• Comfortable in performing physical tasks such as lifting, reboxing shoes, adjusting visual displays, and working on their feet throughout the day

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel between store locations.

• Maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.

• Overseeing the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.

• Strategically featuring bestsellers on sale racks to maximize visibility and boost sales.

• Assist store openings setups by preparing visual elements for an impactful and brand-aligned launches.

• Use a personal smartphone to access work-related applications, communication tools, and other digital resources required to perform your daily responsibilities.
