Foss Group of Companies is seeking a Part Time Vehicle Rental Agent to join Foss National Leasing in Burnaby, BC. You will prepare rentals, assist customers with the booking system, and ensure smooth pickup and return processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and a willingness to learn about vehicles. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Clean Driver Abstract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rentals for the coming day; Vehicles parked correctly, cleaned, fuelled, cleared of snow and debris.
• Ensure all customers can access their keys and ensure a smooth process of delivery and return by assisting with the booking system and inspections.
• Answer any questions and hold an elevated level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Collaborate directly with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
• Represent the company positively and always look for areas of improvement.
• Collaborate closely with DSP to ensure all rental systems are well-organized, keys are properly accounted for, and necessary services are scheduled and communicated with dealerships.
