Job summary

The Salvation Army Drumheller Thrift Store is seeking a temporary part-time Thrift Store Clerk to support daily retail operations. You will greet customers, process transactions, sort donations, and keep stock organized while upholding safety and courtesy.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work weekdays and Saturdays, and follow store policies. Previous cash handling experience is preferred; training will cover pricing, customer service, and proper donation handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors in a friendly manner; assist with transactions.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and product presentation on the floor.
• Process donations, sort goods, and assist with stocking and merchandising.
• Respond to customer inquiries and respond to phone calls.
• Keep store clean, safe, and organized; follow OH&S policies.
