Park National Bank is seeking a part-time teller in New Carlisle, OH. The role emphasizes courteous customer service, accurate transaction processing, and adherence to bank procedures. You will reference bank products to meet customer needs and participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge.

The position requires the ability to work Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm, with a flexible schedule. It is an hourly, non-sponsoring role with standard perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 75% of the time and lift up to 25 pounds daily.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately.
• Promote the bank’s reputation through courteous interactions and issue resolution.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to experts when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training for service excellence.
• Protect bank assets by following policies and procedures.
